VB (Visual Basic) 실행 시 vs_setup.msi 파일을 찾을 수 없어서 제대로 실행되지 않을 때

관련 서비스 팩을 설치하고, OS (Windows10)를 업데이트 해주고나니 오류가 사라졌습니다.
흔하지 않은 에러인 것 같습니다.
요즘에 레거시가 빽빽한 프로그램이 아닌 경우에 VB를 사용하지 않을 텐데,
회사에서 계속 사용해오던 프로젝트들이 상당 수 VB 프로젝트로 되어 있어서 VB 설치 및 운영 중에 발생한 에러를 기록해보았습니다.
